2021 Ambassador Search

Hello everyone!

Unfortunately, we are sad to say it is that time of year again when we have to say goodbye to our current ambassadors Charissa, Jenny and Gemma. In spite of that, this is also a very exciting time and a great opportunity for others since we get to welcome some new ambassadors to Joy and Joe! Do you think you could be a Joy and Joe ambassador? We do have some requirements so we suggest reading them before you submit your application. 

There will be multiple advantages of being an ambassador for us. These include:

• Discounts for you, friends and family
• Affiliate program participation where can earn for everyone who uses your unique discount code,
• Behind the scenes information,
• Sneak peek of new releases,
• Live videos from the mill to see how the wraps are made,
• Free wraps and accessories chosen by us for you to try, use and review,
• Confidence building experience
• New friends and wrap family​
• Confidence boosting role

There is a catch! 

We do have some expectations:

• To be active on our chatter page, make new members feel welcome, comment on photos and answer questions about wraps if you have them.
• Host a LIVE video on our main page, topics are chosen by you with guidance,
• Takeover our Instagram feed, documenting your life and how wraps are involved,
• Review the wraps we send you, written or via video,
• Be active in the online community over your social media platforms, you must post at least weekly (or daily if you like)
• Take part in events either online or in person if possible,
• You MUST share or comment on all posts, events and LIVE sessions via your social media.  

We are aware that life can get unexpectedly busy, everyone has lots going on so we ask that you only apply if you think that you have the time and energy to commit to the role for 9 months (February 2021 - October 2021). We understand that things can build up and we would like you to be honest with us if you are struggling; we are human too! There is always someone available to talk via direct message, email or telephone (01744 808585). If you still think you’ve got no idea of what you’ll be doing, don’t worry! At the beginning - and throughout - your role we will offer guidance and support.

Requirements: 

• You must not have an official affiliation with any other sling brand (so not representing or retailing any other sling brand)
• Must have an ACTIVE public Instagram account.
• Be comfortable to host a Facebook live video
• Be an active member on the chatter page! (https://www.facebook.com/groups/joyandjoe/https://www.facebook.com/groups/joyandjoe/)
• Be involved with a local sling library (attend, volunteer or even run one!)
• Be socially active on Facebook and Instagram (we’d like to know the groups you are on and where you post regularly.)
• Be enthusiastic, creative, passionate, honest and empathetic.
• Be a current active baby wearer 
• Have the time and energy to be able to commit to the role
• You do not have to own a Joy and Joe wrap (or have ever heard of us before)
• Your child must be under 2 years of age
• If you applied for the role last time please feel free to reapply.

• Like and repost our ambassador search advert photo on IG using our hashtag #joyandjoeteam21A #carrymyjoy #joyandjoebaby, (https://www.instagram.com/joyandjoebaby/?hl=en)
• Tag another babywearing friend that you think may be excellent in promoting the Joy&Joe brand 
• Complete the form below.
• You must be following us @joyandjoebaby on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/joyandjoebaby/?hl=en) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/joyandjoebabywrapcarrier/)
• Worldwide entries are welcome, English does not have to be your first language. (Please be aware you are responsible for shipping costs for your free items and should only be delivered to your home address)

• Your Instagram account will need to be set to public so that we can view your photo entries or video entries,

We are looking to welcome 4 ambassadors into our team. Please note that we may increase this number if we find that we cannot resist your exceptional personality/story/talent. We are also particular about representation so disbaled and ethnic minority families are super welcome to apply. We are getting a lot of interest from some certain countries like Japan so we will be keen to increase the number of our ambassadors to reflect this diversity of our customer or fan base. Please read all the information here very carefully as we’d hate to let anyone down.
