Read further.... Okay, here are some quick answers to questions we’ve been asked about the ‘shiver me paisley design’ Q: Is the ‘shiver me paisley design’ original A: 100% original, the artist who submitted this design drew the images and all the intricate features himself. If you find the design else where, why not do a side by side comparism of the designs and the differences will be very clear. We are lucky that the artist is also a passionate babywearer so he hasn't asked us to pay to use his design. What you pay goes to the weavers to get the weaving started. So you now know that this is an exclusive design. Q: How about Testers? A: Because the shiver me paisley woven wrap is going to woven in a limited quantity and not a standard line. We won’t want to send a testers round the UK because some mamas do not appreciate the artistic side of candy/sugar skulls! However, before we go into the final weaving, a small tester wrap will be woven for us to see how the blends and designs have been interpreted and we are considering sending this round to only the mamas who ordered so that they can be involved in deciding whatever we should tweak anything before the final warp is put on the loom. this will be tricky for those who ordred from outside the UK becuase you all lnow shipping cost is so exhorbitant. We can skye with you but you will see the wrap before it is posted so hopefully, the suspense wont be too much. The testers themselves cost so much to weave, so we need more pre-orders to make this a reality. If you decide to wait to see the tester before ordering, you miss out sadly because the pre-order will have closed by the time the weaving of the tester is completed. Like we said, only the mamas on the pre-order list will get a chance to try the tester shiver me paisley woven wrap Q: What about returns, what if I pre-order and decide to change my mind A: we are a serious and reputable business and so we have a fair refund policy. Though its slightly different for this pre-order. After you pre-order, if you decide you don’t what your ‘shiver me paisleys’ wrap, we will still go ahead to weave your wrap but we’ll then refund you when the wraps have been woven and then re-sell to someone else. This will then be a benefit to those who missed the pre-order but please, do not deliberately miss the pre-order!! That might even affect how quick we’re able to get the weaving completed. Our weavers are highly sort after so we need to show that we’re serious about bringing this design to life Q: I'm not sure about the name 'shiver me paisleys' A: Lol, you all had a chance to choose a name. The name 'shiver me paisleys' won the vote from our poll daddy survey. the name 'shiver me paisley' sounds fun, playful, tingling and definitely exciting. The wrap itself is guaranteed to get heads turning when you hit the town! Also imagine this design on a wrap conversion, absolute beauty! Q: Why go for a black warp for this wrap A: although there's an amber warp option available, the black warp was Favorited by a couple of mums and particularly the artist and the weavers. Weaving of this new design has been a team work so we had to listen and take the advice of the design experts who advised that the design will come out better on a black warp. with the weft, we can add more colour options. to put your minds at rest, a tester of this design has been done on a gold-like warp and we agree with the artist that the design will be fantastic on a black warp. As for the amber warp, lets see how many of you will choose that option and we'll approve it ( we know its a ladies favorite!) Q: I have more questions... A: Okey dokey, feel free to email us [email protected] or phone 01204310818 (the preferable mode of contact is via email as we might be busy working when you phone in!) Keep an eye on the date 24/08/13, the pre-order closes on that day.
