Marguerite is the French version of the name Margaret and in the Greek language it means ‘pearl’. That’s the sort of warm feeling the SMP Marguerite exudes, the arctic white weft radiates something pure and precious...  Our SMP auraniaco preorders have now flown to their new homes. The feedbacks we have been receiving from our customers have been amazing. We though it’ll be exciting to give the shimmery SMP Aurantiaco a sibling. You know how siblings can have different personalities yet share some family characteristics.  The SMP marguerite is 100% super soft Egyptian like the SMP aurantiaco and our yarns have been sustainably sourced with the cotton connect assurance mark. The colour matching, yarns selection, CAD design and subsequent weaving have been done under one weaving house with expert supervision. We are proud to say that our SMP marguerite like our SMP aurantiaco and noir is 100% grade A high end quality without that ‘break a bank’ price tag.  For those completely new to our SMP woven wraps, it is a strikingly beautiful cornucopia of paisleys and sugar skulls ornamented with lacy trimmings and fine details all intricately woven together in a complex jacquard weave. This SMP design in this wrap is slightly different to the our original weave (purple, clematis and jewel) because of the extra lacy designs around the cross bones in the design and the weave is jacquard sateen weave that gives that radiant shine on the front side of the wrap and then an impressively embroidered weave on the odd side of the wrap. However, both sides of our wraps are wearable so you get to have two in one value from your wrap.  We are keen about making our customers enjoy the highest quality jacquard textiles from one of the best British weaving houses based in the North West. Weight: 250 gsm approximately Length: Length varies with size (Medium 3.6m, Large 4.2m, X-Large 4.6m, XXLarge 5.2m Colours: Pumpkin orange and arctic white Blends: 100% Egyptian cotton  Because these were woven with residual aurantiaco yarns, this colour way is unlikely to be rewoven again and the quantity is quite limited for some sizes. So grab one quick because once it is gone, it is gone! Wraps are available for immediate dispatch. Our post weaving finishing is done in Yorkshire and we have heavily invested in a special steam finishing that helps to further soften our wraps and then remove any weaving yarn residue. We then move our wraps to Rochdale where our husband and wife team of tailors then chop and sew our jacquard fabrics into your woven wraps.  Our tailors have been with us for over a year now and they have grown with us so little wonder that our hemming have now been hailed as an immaculate quality. Our tailors prior to working for us have years of experience in the school uniform industry. They like us also have little children and we are happy to contribute our own quota to the UK economy by offering our tailors excellent wages. So this is a wrap that has a lot of love, hard work and dedication woven into those fine details.
